Thanks to you, for all the tremendous donations, we are going to reach an historic milestone in charitable giving.
2024 will see the largest annual grant program we have ever undertaken.
From very small beginnings in 2008 to now, in total, we will have granted a million pounds to help overworked, under-resourced, localised charities in the UK. From the £5.00 per month donation to the very generous gifts, and of course the legacy bequests. What’s more, we make the money go further with no extortionate overheads, and no employees, just printing and postage and normal cost covering expenses.
I know you’ve heard this from me before but we all need each other – animals need food and shelter – we need their unconditional companionship. It’s a two-way thing. So many animals are left to fend for themselves in the cold and rain, hungry and alone. Many others are deliberately harmed or dumped and abandoned. So we must keep supporting them, just as they help us. Please continue to help. Leaving a gift in your Will, makes a huge difference – but so do regular amounts, both large and small. These donations help us plan and commit support to the rescue centres, meaning they know they have a future.
